PLEASE ATTEND THIS MEETING TO CAST YOUR VOTES FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS The 2010 Board of Directors ballot can be found here...If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, print and sign this Ballot and return it by any means available IE: deleivery by someone else, mail, E-mail, courier service or FAX 304-728-4075. Rememember... The ballot MUST be signed and received by the Annual Meeting start time (scheduled for 2pm) on Sunday May 2, 2010. The 2010 Meeting Information Pack is found here...
