Committees advise and assist the board in conducting the business of the Association. Being on a committee is a 1-year commitment, it is not a Board of Directors position, it is doing what you can when you can in an area that interests you and contributes to the community. Interested residents are invited to volunteer.

By-Laws/Covenants Committee
Assists the board and reviews policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, in use and maintenance of the common interest areas.
Building Committee
Communications Committee
Assists with the association newsletter, promotes community events, meets new members.
Maintenance/Improvements Committee
Assists in preserving and enhancing the physical environment of all common areas. Suggests and helps improve, Park, Roads, pond, playground etc.
Parents Committee
Identifies, posts and coordinates children’s activities, Easter Egg hunts, Halloween Nights, etc., may participate in neighborhood watch programs.
Recreation/Social Committee
Develops social programs according to the needs of the community, and develops programs for all interests and ages. BBQ’s, socials in the park etc.
Safety and Security Committee
Looks at improvements that can be made, FireSafety, Emergency access, dry hydrant, Neighborhood Watch, Park Trespass etc.
